Dear Dr. Betty,
My boyfriend has been performing oral sex on me for quite some time. It feels great every time he does it however, it seems that right before I am about to orgasm whatever he does just tickles. We have been working on it but can't figure out a way to stop the intense tickling. I have never orgasmed before so could I actually be coming and not knowing it?

I love it when my questioner answers her own question. Yes, you are most likely having an orgasm.That's when the clit becomes hyper sensitive and needs a rest. But only for a few moments. Then she is able to continue and come again. So when it tickles, just stop and wait a few moments and if you feel like it, go again.
