Better Orgasms. Better World.
Dear Betty,
I bought my first dildo a few days ago. It is a silicon "realistic" 7" penis. I have tried using it about 4-5 times now and every time it really hurts. I use water based lubricant both on the dildo and on myself. As I am pushing it in it hurts, and when the 'head' goes in, I feel pain again and I am unable to continue on. Is this normal? What can I do?
Thanks
Dear Dr. Betty,
About two months ago I started to feel pain during sex. It was like I was clenching my vagina unwillingly and not allowing for intercourse with my husband, who I love and have no problems with. After a few doctor's visits and an ultrasound it was decided that I had BV, but had been diagnosed with a yeast infection on the first visit (and treated as such).
Dear Dr. Betty,
I'm 36 yrs. old. Until I was 30 yrs. old I did not know that women had orgasms. I have NO interest in sex at all. My relationship of 6 yrs is failing because of this. My boyfriend feels like he's just my best friend since we don't have sexual relations besides me taking care of him. When we are together it hurts most of the time on the left side. Do you have any answers for me?
C
Dear C,
