Help...Can't Masturbate To Orgasm Anymore!

Hi Betty,
I'm in deep need of assistance. I used to be able to masturbate, and come to orgasm all the time and every time, when I was a child to mid adolescent age. Unfortunately I had a few experiences of my mom catching me masturbating, and basically condoning it. Then during my high school years I began to masturbate more so than usual to deal with the stress of working on my portfolio.

Dear Betty,

I am a single female in my late 30's. I consider myself a novice sexually, having only had 2 lovers (both male) in my very recent past. I recall my first conscious orgasm at about 15. It is a very vivid and happy memory. I recall having watched a very romantic, probably PG movie. The scene that stuck in my mind was a couple whispering to one another in a dimly lit bedroom. The scene faded to the sunset outside the window.
