Was looking at a favorite pinup model today named Suzie Q. Her interview mentioned how she retained her nipple sensitivity while going from a B - C size to a D cup. I have discussed breast enhancement / augmentation with lovers before and the issue that gives them pause, besides back issues, clothes fitting, and difficulty with exercise, is loss of nipple sensitivity and scars. Suzie Q is the first I've heard with no visible scarring or loss of nipple sensitivity because they go in through the underarm.
