Can a Man Orgasm Without Ejaculating?

I have been hearing it is possible for men to have an orgasm without ejaculating. Is that possible? I can last for 30-40 min but then have a hard time (lol) getting back up again after ejaculating. I have heard you can control your pc and stop yourself from EJ. I feel I have a strong PC but when it starts to build I can't stop.

Eric, I was wondering if there are any health benefits to prostate milking. I've been reading that the release of semen is much slower and consistance, there is a higher volume of semen, and the semen is more flowing compared to ejaculation. Other articles discuss how prostate milking is prevention for prostate cancer also. Is this something I could get a doctor to perform on me? What are your thoughts on the subject?

When my girlfriend is giving me oral sex, she likes to place the pad of her thumb between my testicles and anus. If she feels me throbb and knows I'm about to cum, she'll push hard with her thumb there and squeeze the base of my penis with her other hand (index finger and thumb). Dear Dr Betty,

I've been reading about male genital massage and was wondering about having an orgasm without ejaculating. I didn't know that was possible. Can you explain? I can hold off ejaculating for quite a long time now that I'm older, but I always thought that the male orgasm was at the same time as the ejaculation. Thanks so much for your website. I've been reading more of the stories in the gallery and some are very good. They are helpful, educational, and entertaining as well.
