Better Orgasms. Better World.
I was sexually abused from a very young age (vaginal penetration at the age of 3) and have been told by more than one partner that I feel "loose". I don't always feel much at the lower part of my vagina, especially when on top, even if my partner has a large penis. I have been in therapy to deal with the sexual abuse for the past 2 years and am finally in a place to accept and explore my sexuality on my own terms. But this is very embarrassing for me. I don't want to feel like a damaged woman. Is it possible this "looseness" is from abuse? How can I fix it?
Thank you in advance for your advice.
Dear J,
First let me remind you and several millions of other women that the clitoris is our primary organ of pleasure, not the vagina! However, the vagina is the source of most men's pleasure, so the world remains focused on procreative sex instead of mutually orgasmic recreational sex.
Instead of being focused on your partner's responses, I hope you are exploring your own body with lots of self-pleasuring alone. Read my instructions that go with the Vaginal Barbell and get in touch with your pelvic floor muscle. I seriously doubt the vaginal looseness is related to your past abuse, but that doesn't really matter now, does it. Just start using your PC muscle consciously during masturbation and partnersex.

I've researched many sexual things over the years and yes when someone is abused at such a young age the muscles can become torn and need surgical repair by a specialist. Just think about how small a 3 year old child's vagina would be compared to an average man's penis then add to that that fact that it was most likely an aggressive thrusting motion. It could cause harm to a full grown adult virgin but a child would stand virtually no chance of not being severely physically damaged by this. This has happened recently in Wisconsin where a female daycare provider raped a 10 month old baby with some sort of object:

I would suggest finding an OBGYN you feel very comfortable with to speak about the subject, a minor surgery could change your life dramatically
