Need Help on Using Your Vaginal Barbell

I purchased the subject item. I don't think I am performing the exercises correctly. I am not sure I am moving and isolating the correct muscles. In addition, the barbell falls out. Help please.

Dear JD,

You need to be reclining comfortably. After oiling up the Barbell, hold the larger ball at the opening of your vagina and relax. Now squeeze the PC muscle on the ball at first, then Slowly let the weight press against the vaginal opening as you continue to work the muscle. Relax in between squeezing. Gradually it will go in all the way, but often it requires clitoral stimulation to encourage this to happen.

If you have a very short vagina, support whats left outside with another pillow. The small end never stays in place as the weight is on the other end. It will naturally fall out. In that case you must hold it while you do your Kegels.

It's the same muscle that stops the flow of urine. Once you contact it you'll know. But don't continue to stop/start the flow. Always relax and urinate fully. This is just to let you locate it.
