Yes, it is not only possible to masturbate during your period but for some it's the perfect way to get rid of any cramping when the orgasm brings on the flow. The reason women feel more sexual during that time of month is because our hormones are more active. Also it means we're not, nor can we become, pregnant while menstruating. Although I did get pregnant once when I was spotting during ovulation which I mistook as the onset of my period. It's great to be tuned into our bodies and menstrual cycles.
