How Can I Learn to Deep Throat?

i am very sexually stimulated when i am sucking on my husbands penis... but very frustrated that i cant deep throat, swallow, go down without choking a real quick turn off.

There might even be a book that details the techniques for managing "deep throat." As for my own experience, I went through a phase of vomiting after over eating that turned out to be a huge relief. Although it only lasted a couple of years, I learned to relax into the gag reflex, let it roll over me like a wave. This had to do with allowing my entire body to go with the retching reflex and not tensing up. Wilhelm Reich had his clients bring back a glass of warm water on a fairly empty stomach to release tensions often held in our belly's. Next time you overeat, drink a glass or two of warm water and give it a try. Or do the exercise on an empty stomach. I simply put my fingers down my throat but a friend swears by using her toothbrush handle. The other aspect is to not resist choking especially at first. Just see if you can accept the sensations and let it happen.

As with all things in life practice makes perfect.  I would suggest that you practice taking a vibey in your mouth of similar size to your husband.  If you practice regularly you should learn to handle the bulk and each time go only very slightly beyond your convert zone (we are supposed to be talking about pleasure here not pain after all) I think you will get there.  Good luck and it would be nice to hear how you get on.

I'm not so sure you need to develop an eating disorder to be able to give head without gagging, my suggestion would be breathing techniques.  When ever you feel the need to gag during oral sex just take a very deep breath through your nose and relax the back of your throat.  Hold still while you are doing this and don't start again until it passes.
