Dear Dr Betty,

I've been reading about male genital massage and was wondering about having an orgasm without ejaculating. I didn't know that was possible. Can you explain? I can hold off ejaculating for quite a long time now that I'm older, but I always thought that the male orgasm was at the same time as the ejaculation. Thanks so much for your website. I've been reading more of the stories in the gallery and some are very good. They are helpful, educational, and entertaining as well.

Personally if I was a guy, I would want to blow my load with every orgasm I enjoyed. I see no benefits from semen saving, something the body freely manufactures.
