I think it might be a 'Cookie' problem. Sign out of here, Go to "Tools>Internet Options>Delete Cookies. Close your browser and disconnect from the Internet, and re-boot your computer. If you are on a broadband connection, unplug your modem and count to 30, plug it back in, sign on, come back here, and sign up for a new account with a new name, and see if that works. You should get a new IP address assigned from your ISP when you reconnect automatically, if they're like most of the providers. And since you deleted your cookies, the server here won't know who you are... then you should be able to pick a new name, and get a new cookie.
