I have her book Sexual Intelligence which she wrote with Betty Dodson's help. She credits Betty all over the book:

The 'Sex and the City: The Movie' star - who has written books about her own sexual experiences - would have been more sexually fulfilled if she had learned how to pleasure herself when she was younger.

She said: "The earlier you learn to masturbate, the better your sex life will be. It took me years of self-discovery to get there - I even read books by sex therapists and stood naked in front of a mirror to try to learn how to get in touch with my body."

"Experimenting at an early age would have provided me with a basis for a more fulfilling sexual relationship."

I totally agree. In fact, I often think back to the different lovers I've had and wonder how much better the sex could have been if ONLY I had known my own body better.

I think that is what makes older woman attractive to younger men, they know that we know and that makes them want us more.

Quote for truth.

That's exactly what I've always said. The older ones know what they want, know how to get it, and don't have so many hang-ups or inhibitions.

It should be interesting to see if the current morality issues tied around masturbation will survive the millennial generation. Its one thing to sneak your parent's copy of the Joy of Sex, but this generation has grown up with ABUNDANT visual evidence that just about everyone masturbates. In the Internet vs. Bible battle, I put my money on the internet.
