Is the word "SEX!" offensive?

I posted a blog post on a local newspaper website this evening and I titled it "SEX! SEX! SEX!". Funny thing is the body of the post had nothing to do with sex. In the body of the post I said "Now that I've got your attention..........which meat market has the best bacon in [the region in which I live]". Within 5 minutes my blog post was deleted and my user account was pulled down and is under review. How fucked up is our society when even the WORD sex is verbotten?

CLITORIS! Why hide it?

Yesterday I came back from holiday, by plane. As per usual, when we arrived  at Heathrow, we are taken away from the plane by a neat little tunnel which attaches the plane to the airport. Now, last time I had flown anywhere, was several years ago, and back then, there were these great advertisements by some banking company I think it was.

Since then, they've clearly updated these. And I was somewhat shocked (yet pleased) to see that this one particular advertisement was standing proud.

As you pass through the tunnel, there were a set of 3 posters advertising this company. The first consisted of a piece of chocolate, with the word 'ENERGY' across it.

The next poster, was of exactly the same piece of chocolate. It said 'INDULGENCE' (I think) across it.

The third and final poster, had exactly the same picture of the chocolate once more on it. The word across it was 'SEX'.

It really made my day to see that. Especially as there was a family right behind me with 3 children, one about 4 or 5 years old, (the other about 8, and the eldest being about 13). A small part of me wishes/hopes that the young girl of 5 saw the poster of chocolate, with the word sex across =]

Strange world

What is wrong with society today? All words that refer to the genitals (is it okay to say genitals?) are a part of the English language, aren't they? C-spot for clitoris? What's that all about? A penis is a penis and a vagina is a vagina and sex is sex. How else can we describe male and females of the human race? We have male sex and the female sex of the species. Anyway, I enjoy sex or should I call it intercourse or maybe copulation? What a strange world this is, and it's the twenty first century too.

not surprised at all.  When

not surprised at all.  When Betty and I do tv appearances, we're told that we can't use the medical term "clitoris" - we should call it c-spot.  fucking puritans.
