I want to see what the majority of women think...
It seems to be split down the middle... it's either a major turn off for a
woman, or she could care less about the size as long as the performance is

My thoughts
My experience is with rubber penises only. Therefore I get to enjoy just the size I want. Dildos don't have feelings, they won't feel offended when say "I don't like your size". I have had problems with accommodating larger seizes and just below the average are the ones I like best. And the same goes for anal penetration.
But dick size doesn't influence skills in cunnilingus or manual sex. That's how majority of women come. And even the famous urethral sponge is near the entry. You just have to learn how to use what you've got to the best outcome. It means for example more fingering as foreplay for those whose partners find their size challenging, finding best positions, depth of thrusting etc.
And I read recently that most of the males that want a bigger penis hard enough to go under the knife are of average size. Not mini. Seems to me they just spent too much time watching porn. Guys, don't take porn seriously. It's clear most of the girls are pretending.
As for the exercises: I think it would bring more pleasure to both of the partners to improve orgasm control instead. And this is from a quick orgasmer. Yes, women can be one minute wonders too.
