Sorry to hear your skin has problems.  I would suggest shaving with a new disposable razor each time and using hair condtioner to shave with.  Plus applying plenty of hair conditioner afterwards.

I wish I could go completely bare- I've even tried a couple of times- but my skin is too sensitive. I always break out in a rash when I shave my pubic hair off, which sucks because for a couple of days it's great and then I'm covered in little red bumps that don't go away for weeks.

I'm scared to try waxing, because that could end up worse. If I get a rash on my eyebrows when I wax them, I'll probably get one on my pussy, too.

I have  a preference for women to have some pubic hair. I don't mean a full bush which hides everything, just a neatly trimmed triangle or a landing strip to crown her pussy. I find both ideas quite misguided. Its just a fashion thing.. and thats all.

P.S. I proudly grow a beard on my face, and somehow I feel like I feel similar pressures to shave my beard as many women in our culture feel pressure to shave their pubic hair. interesting.

I like my hair full and bushy in the Triangle area, but trimmed around the lips so hubby won't have to deal with hairs on his tongue during oral sex.   I've done an all-out shave a few times, but found it is just much too itchy to deal with during re-growth, and felt uncomfortable against my clothing.
