Why I hesitate to identify as feminist

I agree that the author makes a lot of good points, many of which explain why I always hesitate to identify as feminist. There are so many people with different and varying ideas about so many subjects (anti-men vs pro-equality, anti-porn vs pro-porn, etc.) that identify as feminists and I feel like calling yourself a feminist can give people a completely inaccurate idea about your ideas & beliefs when it comes to womens rights if you use the label.

I think that's a problem a lot of people have when it comes to identifying as a feminist and that's a really sad thing!

Equality gives Michelle Bachman and Rik Santorum an equal right to try for the presidency. For people we disagree with to have the same rights and respect in all things as those we agree with regardless of what sex they are. 

I think mainstream porn is mostly male domination fetish and belongs with BDSM really. There are very few porn sites that value female desire but quite a few blogs now here's one :)
