indecent exposure n. the crime of displaying one's genitalia to one or more other people in a public place, usually with the apparent intent to shock the unsuspecting viewer and give the exposer a sexual charge.
The definition above regarding indecent exposure was taken from the Free Dictionary on the internet. What it doesn’t say is that the crime of indecent exposure usually applies only to men who expose their cocks in public and is usually when said cocks are erect which is usually the case if the guy is turned on by flashing his bits. What concerns me is how far and how deep does this law go. I like to wear close fitting swim briefs that show the outline of my cock and when I am lying in the sun on a beach somewhere, the warmth and the location is usually enough to get me aroused and sometimes fully erect which, as you can imagine will create an even more vivid outline. Is this regarded as indecent exposure? It shouldn’t be since my cock is actually covered up completely and only the outline of it is visible. (see attached file-my cock outline)
I know women can now purchase bikinis and swimwear that is quite sheer and very see through when wet and leaves nothing at all to the imagination. My girlfriend has one such bikini and when its wet, everything is visible through it, so how come that isn’t regarded as indecent exposure? I read on the net during my research into this subject that the reason women aren’t usually guilty of indecent exposure is that no one is offended by it and indeed they are encouraged to display their genitals.
I think that what it means is that a lot of women would be offended or even feel threatened when faced with a naked hard cock in a public street whereas men would love to see a woman flashing her pussy to them.
Men can also purchase some really daring swimwear that do a lot more than reveal an intimate outline. They can now get swimwear that fits over their cocks and balls the same way a glove fits over a hand. (see attached file-pipeworks). They are even able to contain a full erection and although it would be obvious that it is a cock that is inside the “sleeve” and that cock may even be fully erect, it is still covered and not naked. Does this constitute indecent exposure? This type of swimwear can only be obtained from specialist sites on the net and I think are intended to be worn with an erection and include cock rings to enable the guy to maintain that erection. Some have an optional fabric ring on the outside to enable the guy to hold his cock against his body if he wants to rather than let it stick out in front of him. If I were to wear one of these styles of swimwear in public with an erection, would I be guilty of indecent exposure? I have to add that I have no intention of doing this, I would find it much too embarrassing, I merely would like to know what other people think about this.
Double standards
Yes, it does make for double standards when you see women wearing bikinis that are designed to only cover what needs to be covered i.e pussy lips and nipples on public beaches and especially when those same tiny bikinis become see through when wet. Yet if I walked onto a beach in a pair of see through briefs, even without an erection, I would be arrested for INDECENT EXPOSURE. But please understand, I have nothing at all against women wearing that style of bikini and at the risk of being accused of something other than being a normal male, I rather enjoy seeing women displaying some pussy in a sheer bikini.
dont know...
i wouldn't be offended by seeing an outline (like your attached pic) in swimwear at all, but i think the pipe_works one, if i saw a man on the beach or at a pool in THAT... yes. i would indeed be offended.

indecent exposure
Thank you for your comment and I'm pleased that at least one woman doesn't find the outline of a cock offensive because it is hard for us men to hide the fact that we have a cock and that it can become aroused or even erect at the most awkward times. As for the pipeworks pic, well I personally wouldn't feel at all comfortable wearing that in public. I would still like to hear from other people, especially women to know how they feel about it. Thanks again. By the way, I have seen your pictures and I have commented positively on them.
At my brother's university,
At my brother's university, they have this big snow-castle building competition every winter, and a year or two ago someone built a giant snow-cock. In no time at all, a feminist group on campus (I can't remember the name of the group) complained that it was demeaning, and had the snow-cock demolished. Meanwhile, less than 100 feet from the snow-cock, they were selling chocolate vaginas.
So yes there's a double standard, everything male and particularly cock-related is seen as threatening in some way, but there's so much "pussy pride" pressure that you can't call anyone on it because if you do suddenly you're a mysoginist.
