indecent exposure n. the crime of displaying one's genitalia to one or more other people in a public place, usually with the apparent intent to shock the unsuspecting viewer and give the exposer a sexual charge.

The definition above regarding indecent exposure was taken from the Free Dictionary on the internet. What it doesn’t say is that the crime of indecent exposure usually applies only to men who expose their cocks in public and is usually when said cocks are erect which is usually the case if the guy is turned on by flashing his bits. What concerns me is how far and how deep does this law go. I like to wear close fitting swim briefs that show the outline of my cock and when I am lying in the sun on a beach somewhere, the warmth and the location is usually enough to get me aroused and sometimes fully erect which, as you can imagine will create an even more vivid outline. I know women can now purchase bikinis and swimwear that is quite sheer and very see through when wet and leaves nothing at all to the imagination. I read on the net during my research into this subject that the reason women aren’t usually guilty of indecent exposure is that no one is offended by it and indeed they are encouraged to display their genitals.

I think that what it means is that a lot of women would be offended or even feel threatened when faced with a naked hard cock in a public street whereas men would love to see a woman flashing her pussy to them.

If I were to wear one of these styles of swimwear in public with an erection, would I be guilty of indecent exposure? I have to add that I have no intention of doing this, I would find it much too embarrassing, I merely would like to know what other people think about this.
