It’s been a few month since I wrote seeking advice for
attracting and finding a mate. Although
I’m still not having partner sex I have few females who are proving a good
support system for me. I have one older
woman female friend who is like my sexual and communication mentor if you
will. She is on the west coast and I’m
on the east. We talked over the phone
and she shares with me her wisdom about relationships and sex. What’s good about this relationship is she
cool with phone sex or just knowing that I might be masturbating. I like that a lot. I learning that their positive female energy
around that and me I have start feeling better about myself. I feel that my self-esteem is raising and I’m
not so depressed.

Recently, I talked to one of my few ex girlfriends trying to
find out what drew her to me and she read me riot act saying it was not all the
insecurities that I’m projecting. In
talking to a few women online that are willing lend an ear I revealed that as I
young child I was in accident that caused me lose a tooth and some other
scars. When I go back counseling I need
talk about this more. That’s where at
young boy I started to feel bad about my face.

I know that a lot of my issues are in my head and I have
work through them. I still have this
thing about not been well practiced in partner sex. I recently brought the book The Multi
Orgasmic Man and slowly learning how to prolong my masturbation in preparation for
a mate. My next goal is get back in to
the gym get in shape. Dr. Betty, I know
you were aggravated about me whining being depressed and not having a sex life. I hope you will forgive me for being a brat.

Please if you have any insights on how to become more
sexually healthly as I wait a mate please let me know.
