cant find the video

Hi i just purchased this video and it says i can only watch it one day.... but i cant find the damn thing and im getting frustrated

purchased videos do not show up in my account

I just purchased three videos for 1 day viewing in the last 20 minutes or so and they are not showing up in my account. Is there a wait time before they show up or how do I view them?

After you purchase your video, you'll notice a listing of your purchased videos to the right of the page under a section entitled "premium content you've purchased".  All your video is listed by title. 

Also, you can click on "My Account" at the top of the page and click on the "premium content" tab - the video is listed there as well.  C

For now you will have to email Carlin (cross@dodsonandross.com) and she will send you the link(s). Sign in to the website. Follow the link(s) given by Carlin and you should be able to view your videos. It is possible that after this you will be able to log onto the site and see "Premium Content You've Purchased" at the top of the purple menu box on the right of the home page and be able to access your videos from there. There is a time allotment for videos purchased (i.e. one day) so make sure to view your videos within the time allotted. The system is a bit broken right now. Good Luck.
