I'm still struggling
I know I have to allow myself to internalize some positive feedback I get from the women who are in my life. I have to believe that I am attractive to women and that she is awaiting me.
but I do see someone for
but I do see someone for that and I don't feel better at all. I still feel that black women see me as the ugly black n---a that they won't date

*whispers* yes.
Just kidding. I may have been harsh - i don't know you well enough to recommend therapy but you do need to work on yourself first before dating a woman..

i was told
Get some therapy. You won't find any women with low self-esteem. It's a turn off. If you can't have confidence in yourself, no woman will have confidence in you either (if they do it's only because their self-esteem is lower than yours). You're young so if you do something about it now then you won't have to waste any more time. Trust me. No woman can help you with this one. You need to pick yourself up by the bootstraps, admit that you need an emotional exercise, and get it worked out so that you can feel the self-worth that you so desperately need.
