Antidepressants Killing My Sex Drive

I am a 24 and have a low sex drive. Their have been times when it feels like I don't have one at all. I have anxiety problems and have been on medications for it in the past, but my sex drive has still not returned. I was wondering if you had any suggestions for ways in which I could increase it naturally?

Dear ER,

First I'd suggest you treat masturbation like going to the gym and exercising..."Just do it!" I'm not even sure what a sex drive is. What do you expect from it whatever "it" is? Given our sex negative society on the one hand that's dripping with phony porn on the other, I say it's a wonder any of us are having orgasms these days. I would definitely look to natural healing modalities for "anxiety" rather than meds.

All anti-depressants are known to curb or block orgasm. Think more about your diet and eating whole fresh live food instead of fast dead food. Yoga and meditation is perfect for all kinds of anxiety. Just remember, having sex with yourself is your first line of healing. Avail yourself to my books, DVD's and website information. Now is a perfect time to go practice sex with yourself.

Dear Betty,

Thank you so much for your response, I am deff going to check out sex for one. To me a sex drive is a yearning to have sex (being turned on) which is something that I have not experienced in a while. I don't feel myself without and do not see how I can be in a realtionship lacking one as well. I have recently started dateing someone and I really want to improve. Aside from that it worries me because I feel quite young to be having these problems.
