Thank you, jexhibitionism, for the link to Cindy Gallop's TED lecture. Porn is being used as sex ed and I love her site makelovenotporn.com that dispels porn myths.

Thats a great idea for a website. What an interesting woman, as well. :p

She makes an excellent point though, and I think its true that we should REALLY be having websites like this to clear up some of those common myths.

I hope it will grow into an enormous collection of well-reasoned critiques to common porn myths and misconceptions, and HOPEFULLY enable many more people to avoid the pitfalls of placing too much trust in what they seen in porn.
