Carrying Your Own Condoms as Popular as Taking the Pill

It seems that women aren't afraid to carry condoms in their clutches.  For the first time EVER, the number of women carrying condoms is the same as the number of women taking the pill.

I remember buying the condoms for all my girlfriends and my brother.  Everyone was so scared of walking up to the Duane Reade register condoms in hand.  And they didn't know which ones to buy either (lambskins don't protect you from the nasties).

In prior studies, women said they didn't carry condoms because they didn't want another woman to see the condoms in their purse in the restroom.  Thank you, slut stigma.

Could it be that we're not afraid to be "sluts" anymore?  Or could it be that the Madonnas of the world have helped normalize safe sex for women?  Either way I think this is a defining moment for female sexuality.  Now Betty and I have to normalize sexual pleasure and teach women how to orgasm every time (touch your clitty).
