Last night Eric Amaranth, Betty's protege, did his first sex workshop at Kiki De Montparnasse's Soho store. The night was fabulous. First, we walked through the store because it's so stimulating. In fact, I've modeled my bedroom after Kiki (subtle deep colors - purple and gray - with erotic photography on the walls, sumptuous velvet curtains for the dressing rooms, and sculpted works of art that double as sex toys. I loved it.

Now, if you go into the store and make a sharp right there's a staircase leading up to a private second floor - that's where we had our workshop. Imagine a room in a deep aubergine with large photos of cherry blossoms on the walls, a skylight above, and a long table at the end of the room with a large, black candelabra with black tapered candles in the middle with artistically mastered sex toys lying on gray velvet pillows to either side with a circle of chairs and lounging furniture in front of the table for guests.

We sipped champagne and ate chocolate covered strawberries as Eric detailed the finer points of erotic touch. He was mesmerizing. We passed around sex toys as he enlightened us on thoughtful sex technique. And afterwards, we all went shopping. I bought the most amazing panties and plan on answering the door tonight for my man wearing nothing but my new panties and some heels. So much fun and more workshops on the way.
