To begin with today, I want to point out that any man who desires to restore can do so. Granted, it takes a lot of time and dedication to un-do what a doctor did in two minutes, but it can be done.
I would stongly recommend going to the forum site, of which I am a member:
There are lots of men out there who are doing this; and as a support group, they are always friendly and more than willing to offer advice and encouragement. You will have to sign up for a free membership to get it, as it's content is not open to just anyone browsing the web.
Ladies are always welcome and encouraged to join also.
So, what does one do with what one has to work with?
Have a squint at this link: http://www.newforeskin.biz/CI/CIchart.htm
This is a pictorial showing the Circumcision Index. Most men who have been cut will probably fall into the CI-1 or 2 range. I started at CI 2.
As with anything in life, one has to set a goal. Mine is to have flaccid full coverage by the end of this year. Don't know if that will happen, but that's the target. The basic theory behind this is to stimulate new skin cell growth through a regimen of applied tension to the penis skin. Skin can't be forced, but it can be persuaded.
If you get into RestoringForeskin, you will find pictures, methods and discussions on all the varying tensioning devices and other methods that are out there, as well as submissions from the DIY types who have made their own.
For my restoration, I use a combination of a tensioning device, manual tugging and retaining. Retaining the foreskin over the glans when not tugging, begins the de-keratinization process.
I have mentioned this in my first post, that the thickened skin on the glans will, after dedicated retaining; begin to slough off, resulting in the glans being brought back to the state that it was created.
Soft, rich in nerve ends, and moist, from it's own secretions and from those of the skin over it continuously.
Very soon, as soon as my personal photographer, ( that would be my wife) and I can get together with the camera, I'll show you all what I do and what's been going on since I seriously started this, which was December last year.
Like anything else, thinking about it doesn't get 'er done.
So that's all now folks. Remember.........
Live life, stay plugged in and stay curious.
