Better Orgasms. Better World.
Dear Dr. Betty
I read a lot about the importance of a strong PC-muscle. That's why I decided to do something for mine and got myself a Kegel-set (Je Joue ami). I couldn't get your barbell, as its not available in my country.
Now I'm wondering if I might already have a strong PC-muscle? How do you determine if a woman's PC-muscle is well-developed? I am orgasmic if I masturbate (although I have problems coming in partner sex), and I've always been told that I feel "thight". I'm young and exercise a lot. Plus even the most difficult kegel exerciser of my set doesn't feel difficult to me, in contrary, the others feel kind of "big".
Thank you so much for reading this.
Best

Dear L,
Check out what I already have posted on the website under PC muscles and Kegel exercises. Seems there are some women who need to stretch or relax the pelvic floor muscles by squatting. Just put your finger inside your vagina and squeeze. It would be great if we could feel our girlfriends PC muscles too so we could have a comparison, but I do believe that some women have had a tendency to overdo this exercise.
My barbell was also promoted as a sleek dildo that stayed in place without having to hold it in thanks to the 1 pound weight. So don't be an overachiever and forget just plain ole masturbating to happy orgasms. That's the best exercise for all of us. As for coming during vaginal penetration, I recommend we simply reach down and stimulate our primary organ for pleasure. . .the Clitoris!
