Just the other day, I heard that Russia is also trying to ban abortions completely (which I note were first legal in 1920- for all cases. They have slowly been weaned down) for the sole purpose of increasing the population! No, don't increase health care service, there aren't already enough homeless children in the world. As if countries like Russia aren't poor enough.
