Why I Like Deep, Hard F*cking & G-Spot Stimulation

Dear Betty,

I wrote you some months ago regarding my spinal problems and lack of sensation in my clit. I believe I have pinpointed the issue and wanted to update you for your own personal knowledge and for the fact you are a sexual health powerhouse! and might help someone else in the future. After my initial email to you, I began to experience sharp shooting pains in my clit and vaginal area in addition to the lack of sensation. They were infrequent episodes, but memorable to say the least.

After doing some internet research I came across a disorder called pudendal neuralgia. It is an entrapment and/or damage disorder of the pudendal nerve or any of its branches. It can be caused by surgery, childbirth, and genetics or can fall into the "don't know" category. Symptoms include: Pain (check), lack of sensation or hyper sensation in the vulva, vaginal, perineum, anus areas (check again on lack of sensation.), persistent arousal (check and made me think of VMB) and can contribute to pelvic floor dysfunction. It's fantastic that I've found what I truly believe to be the issue, but a moot point as it's rare enough a disorder that professionals with knowledge of it are inaccessible to me because of my location, but I digress.

I also wanted to share some interesting happenings I've experienced because of this disorder. I still have limited sensation in my clit and in the first few inches of my vagina. My *happy* spot has moved for accommodation and is now located in what I surmise to be my g-spot (or in the general area). I have also discovered that really hard, rough penetration seems to be the key right now for me to experience pleasure on a level unknown to me previously. I still favor my clitoral orgasms when they happen because of the intensity, but these other orgasms are delicious in that they go on and on. I just wanted to share my update with you; I think its valuable medical information as a cause to some sexual dysfunction.

Thanks Betty and Carlin!

T

Dear T,

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I found your information to be more than valuable. It helped me to understand why a few women prefer hard deep fast fucking! And it also explains why a few women really enjoy the g spot. What an unfortunate name. In your case the pleasure with vaginal stimulation is based on pudendal neuralgia. I'm usually fighting to retain the clitoris as our primary source of orgasmic pleasure not the vagina. And your feedback supports that when you say your clitoral orgasms are more intense. While your vaginal releases last longer. How intelligent of you to search and seek your own answers. We must learn that all doctors do not have all the answers. What would we do without the glorious Google and the Internet?

I went online and thought this information might help uncover possible sources of this mystery to others with a similar problem to yours:

"Pudendal Neuralgia is a painful neuropathic condition that is caused by inflammation of the pudendal nerve. Triggers for the sensitivity include trauma secondary to childbirth, surgery, cycling, squatting exercises, bio-mechanical abnormalities like sacroiliac joint dysfunction, pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic constipation, repetitive vaginal infections and direct falls on the tailbone. Pudendal neuralgia is also known as the ‘cyclist's syndrome'"

But seriously, this case shows how our body can adapt to changes. It shows hope for genitally mutilated women - as I read the remaining parts of the clit can take over what the missing parts are supposed to do.

Nowadays, the saddles with anatomical cutouts will relieve pressure on the soft tissue and nerves!
