And let's all bless Michael Moore and his blatant honesty. His new film Capitalism: A Love Story debuts tonight at the Venice Film Festival. Will some of our numbed out Americans get the picture now? Otherwise we will have to storm the capitol and physically throw the bums out. Count me in!

It's almost pathetic how

It's almost pathetic how corporate America and Fox news has the middle class believing that their way of life is threatened. The economic crisis isn't about poor people getting mortgages they couldn't pay or lower income people getting access to healthcare....it's about the top 1% of Americans- the uber-wealthy- throwing down their bets in a rigged game and winning BIG. From 2002-2007, the top 1% of Americans reaped 2/3s of the income gains.

What we've witnessed is the largest consolidation of wealth in history into the hands of 1% of the population.
