Girl Arrested For Assault With Deadly Breasts

Thank you, Marty Klein, for this story covered in your blog Sexual Intelligence.  Yet another teenager has been arrested on felony charges of assaulting other teens' eyes with a deadly weapon-nude pictures of herself.

This Ohio case is particularly smirky because the crime occurred immediately after a County prosecutor visited the kid's high school, warning students about the prison sentences awaiting them if they receive or send sexual images of classmates on their cell phones. In classic teen fashion, the girl apparently took the warning as a dare. Or perhaps she was just really aroused by the law enforcement presentation.

The fifteen-year-old girl faced felony criminal charges for illegally using a minor (herself) in nudity-oriented material and for possession of criminal tools (to exploit herself). She could have been jailed for creating and distributing child pornography, and forced to register as a sex offender.

As part of a plea-bargain, Juvenile Judge Robert Hoover placed her on a curfew, banned any cell phone usage, eliminated unsupervised Internet usage, and imposed other conditions. In other words, she can do anything her 7-year-old brother can do.

There's no word on what happened to the pathetic snitch who turned her in, but s/he reportedly has received internship offers from a number of groups such as Morality In Media and the Taliban.

Across the U.S., laws are sprouting in response to alleged concerns about teens' safety and poor judgment. As a result, more teens are getting arrested; recent cases were reported in Castle Rock, CO; Westport, CT; Santa Fe, TX; La Crosse, WI; Syracuse, NY; and Ann Arbor, MI.

The laws that are creating a new class of criminal were originally designed to protect children from exploitation by adults. But predictably, they are now being used to punish teens for activity that grownups want to discourage: flaunting their sexuality.

And so in a Florida case, for example, Judge James Wolf speculated that "Amber" and "Jeremy" (a 16- and 17-year-old) could have sold their photos to child pornographers (no one claimed that they wanted to). He said the teens had neither the "foresight or maturity" to judge the risks of taking such photos (as opposed to, say, judging the risks of playing high school football or driving a car). Besides, fantasized the judge, "Mere production of these videos or pictures may also result in psychological trauma to the teenagers involved."

I am shocked, and outraged, that teenagers are getting arrested in America for photographic nudity!
I am a british teen, and in the past, I have had several guys send me pictures of their cocks, or even go on webcam and give me a show. I have done the same in return. This is perfectly legal (to my knowledge) as long as all participants are of age (16). To me it is all just a bit of fun, and all part of the 'learning process'.

I am greatful for having found your website in more ways than one. Learning more about myself sexually throughout my teens has been difficult, as I'm sure it is with a lot of teenagers. I am bisexual, and living in a more 'traditional' country when it comes to sex, I have found it hard to be comfortable with my views on sex. Which is simple. I love sex, and everything about it. I felt guilty about this, mostly because I was bullied for enjoying sexual experiences, or watching porn, or just masturbating, and finding your website helped me realise that it IS alright to enjoy all that. Theres nothing wrong with me. I am a confidant person, but I never had the guts to stand up for what I believe sexually.

I AM a slut. I once had an experience with several guys, in which they simply pleasured me. I suppose you could call it an 'oral gangbang' of sorts. Sadly, some 'snitch' informed my school (which is a very small school, so word travelled fast) about this event, and I can easily say that it almost ruined my life. I got bullied for having a bit of sexual fun. One of my 'friends' said she had lost all respect for me, and is no longer a friend anymore. I got comments like 'wizard sleeve', and I still get the odd comment here and there 'oh don't want steve cumming on your tits again!' ('steve' didnt even do that, but they like to speculate)

Being a strong-minded person to start with, I managed to get through it all, but there were times when I was seriously depressed - it was hardly something I could talk to my mother about. I was traumatised by the whole after-experience, my self-esteem - which is normally bursting through the roof - was at an all time low. 'Psychological trauma' didn't begin to cover how I was feeling.

I really hope that the girl who 'exposed' herself see's the funny side of it all, and I pity the snitch that turned her in. As you say, Carlin, its only psychologically traumatizing if you get busted! I learnt that the hard way.

Even if this goes unread, I love that I feel comfortable enough to share it with someone at last.

By the way, the term "Wizard Sleeve" also describes the types of beautiful lips that I admire, as do many blokes, and certainly Betty does as she is the proud owner of them herself.

I find it appaling that somebody can be so harsly punished for something so trivial and meaningless as taking and distributing sexual pictures of oneself. The very crimes she is charged with are ridiculous. In the end, it is the girl's choice whether she does this or not, it is not the government's buisiness to decide whether or not she is mature enough to do so. I just hope the girl sees this for what it truly is, a prime example of bigotry and atempts to control young people's sexuality, and that things turn alright for her in the end.
