"Sexuals" may be the way to go.
Check out this terrific book - "Sexual Fluidity: Understanding Women's Love and Desire" by Lisa Diamond - covers the fludity of female sexuality. Diamond studied a group of women over at least a 10 year time period to look at female sexuality through stages of life.
