I am severely allergic to nuts and can't use any nut oils (some people with nut allergies can handle things cooked in peanut oil or with a small amount of nut extract, I can not). What oil do you suggest I try? You said use a "clean nut oil" but that unfortunately would probably send me to the ER. Would some kind of veg oil work well, like sunflower or canola?
