I find it immensely difficult to come, and am a real 'long distance' girl, but I also want to acknowledge the impact of your life's work on my sexual enjoyment.

I watched a video of one of your women's workshops at a women's workshop I was attending. We were all women with children with special needs and 30 of us crammed into a small living room, bob-sleigh style to receive the education of our lives!

There were women in that room whose own husbands had not even hugged them for 20 years. Suddenly they were learning that they could control their OWN pleasure, and that joy was in their own hands.

I too was inspired to get me some of that! At last I could see women having the kind of sexual pleasure I had seen my male partners having since I was 14 years old. It became my 'Betty homework'. I went home and told my husband about it and he was relieved to be talking about it, and keen to support my homework!

Within weeks I was closer to breakthrough and at last, after a marathon session of 3 or 4 buildups I kept going, as he went to the kitchen to make us a cuppa. Lower, faster, harder and suddenly the best moment of my life. My screams of ecstasy brought him rushing in in alarm, and then he kissed me passionately with joy.

I was stunned, thrilled and changed and 41 years old. NOW I get it! THIS is what people like about sex, and I can do it AGAIN!

Ironically, I have managed it again about 3 times, and never as strongly as that first time, and not since I developed sex migraines about a year after the first orgasm. I'm pretty sure they are gone now, but I juat haven't broken through for ....nearly 6 years now ( I'm going slightly mad). NOw I KNOW what I'm missing it is agony, but I feel I'm closer every time and can't quite believe I'm not breaking through.

What I experienced was the unmistakeable physiological reflex, with a resolution of muscle tension that made me feel as if I had never had a bone in my body. The release of a great sneeze only 100 x better. I know you teach that not very orgasm is the same and that women may be having small ones and not realizing it, but I believe they should all have that sense of resolution and a reflex moment. I am definitely NOT getting that. I build up, and feel like I'm hitting a takeoff ramp,but it doesn't launch. I get all the crescendo without the cymbal clash of resolution.

I have limited time for Betty homework now, and have a few health issues but I'm confident that if the response is there, as it is, that I will relearn the trick. My husband despairs, (and I cry too sometimes). He doesn't want me to die without being able to enjoy orgasm reliably (I am not dying) but we have a million times more fun and enjoyment together than ever before.

I remain optimistic and grateful that you have changed my life, Betty. And Carlin, I think you are just terrific, and are doing a wonderful job being such a role model for the next generations.

Vibrators used to be a somewhat secret subject; every woman had one but few would admit it.
I content that the same is true today for men and penis-pumps; almost every man has tried one at one time or another but almost no one will admit it.
Almost all the porn actors in straight porn produced in the San Fernando Valley show clear signs of having pumped before their performances: scrotal bloat and edema of the corona-foreskin complex.
Pumping can also be used to increase ejaculate volume.
I could go on and on but that's where I'll leave my pumping theories for today.... ;-)

I've only got one vibrator myself.. just a cheap 15 dollar 2-inch waterproof bullet vibrator I picked up at a sex show last year, but watching this video made me feel proud to own it. To be honest, it doesn't do much for me, but then, i didn't buy it to use on myself anyways. :p

I'm also sure that without the popularity of vibrators, the taboos surrounding male sex toys would be infinitely larger.. male sex toys are still seen as 'desperate' and 'lame' so, theres definitely more work to do in that field. But, I do my best to fight that stereotype! Sometimes you have to remind people that if its not desperate for a girl to own a toy, its not desperate for a guy to own one either - virtually everyone masturbates, so why not make it feel even better?
